Recommended solution:

• For improved soundproof wall performance, the Elitexa layer is strongly recommended.
• First, attach the Elitexa foam directly to the wall. This will serve as the lower sound-absorbing layer.
  Then, mount the Bilnora panel onto the Elitexa foam.
• With two layers working together, you achieve significantly stronger and more effective soundproofing compared to using a single material.

With the combined system, up to an additional 30–40% noise reduction can be achieved when installed with the proper structural setup. In addition, you can avoid the cost of plastering and painting, as the panels provide a decorative finished surface.

Installing Bilnora Panel on the Wall

The Bilnora acoustic panel can be installed quickly and cleanly using CEYS MONTACK adhesive, which provides a strong and durable bond on various wall surfaces. One tube is sufficient for two panels, and application is recommended on a clean, dust-free wall.

The adhesive is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and withstands temperatures between -20 °C and +80 °C, making it reliable in different climate conditions. After installation, the panel can still be adjusted for a few minutes to ensure precise positioning.

As an alternative solution, the panel can also be mounted using a picture hanging system.

The Bilnora wall panel is easy to cut and customize to size, can be arranged in flexible patterns, and thanks to its high impact resistance, it is suitable even for sports facilities, gyms, and high-traffic commercial environments.

Important: The back side is not self-adhesive. Separate adhesive or an appropriate mounting solution is required for proper installation.
