  Then, mount the Bilnora panel onto the Elitexa foam.
• With two layers working together, you achieve significantly stronger and more effective soundproofing compared to using a single material.

With the combined system, up to an additional 30–40% noise reduction can be achieved when installed with the proper structural setup. In addition, you can avoid the cost of plastering and painting, as the panels provide a decorative finished surface.

Installing Bilnora sound-absorbing panels on the Wall

The Bilnora acoustic isolation panels can be installed quickly and cleanly using CEYS MONTACKadhesive, which provides a strong and durable bond on various wall surfaces. One tube is sufficient for two panels, and application is recommended on a clean, dust-free wall.

The adhesive can be used indoors and outdoors and remains stable in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +80 °C, ensuring dependable performance in various environments. After fixing the panel in place, you still have a few minutes to fine-tune its position for accurate alignment.

Alternatively, the panel may also be installed with a picture hanging system.

The Bilnora noise proof wall panel can be easily cut to size and arranged in custom layouts. Its durable, impact-resistant structure makes it suitable not only for homes and offices, but also for sports facilities, gyms, and other high-traffic commercial spaces.
