Whaareis the absorption panels with diffusers?

This s an acoustic component that helps us to create a unique, harmonious sound in an interior space. Its inside contains acoustic cotton, or you can order with extra dense 80kg/m3 Elitexa acoustic foam (additional cost), which was placed in a solid wooden structure and covered with dense acoustic silk to protect its production.

internal structure of acoustic panels

The Spreader Front is designed for both function and durability. It is made of solid laminated wood, which works excellently and fits perfectly in your home or workplace.

Description of the Panel with Acoustic Diffusers:

The panel is also available with the latest Elitexa extra dense 200kg/m³ acoustic foam. In this case, the sound absorption below 400Hz is nearly doubled. As a result, the product’s weight almost doubles! The denser the material, the more low-frequency sound it can absorb.

  • To further reduce dust, the panels are covered externally with dense acoustic silk.

  • Finally, the spreader front panel is made of hard compressed wood.

Perfect Acoustic offers a wide range of colors and patterns.

Design your spreader element and place your order! Choose from various color and pattern combinations, and Perfect Acoustic will not only partner with you on the craftsmanship but also help bring your ideas to life!

There are 16 different silk colors available.

Scatterer fronts are available in 8 different colors with 4 different patterns.
We are also happy to design a custom combination of these options on request.

Cleaning is extremely easy and requires no special tools or methods. Simply wipe with a damp cloth.

Stacking the Panels

Join two or even three panels together to create an acoustic wall. The rail system allows them to be securely joined without falling apart. Fit the rails together and slide them into place. The rails are available in several colors.

It is advisable to request the bottom panel with feet; in this case, the acoustic wall will not fall over.

It is recommended to use the panels in areas where drilling into the wall is not possible, such as:

  • Sub-let: Where drilling into the wall is not possible.

  • Office: Where tables are separated by an acoustic wall.

  • Studio: Behind high speakers, or as a movable wall around singers or between musicians.

Foldable wooden feet are also available on request

Available with wooden frame, natural pine color.

Hooking up panels:
Add to panel:

Hooks must be ordered separately. 4 hooks per set. In this case we drill 4 sides of the panel.

Why Do You Need Paneling?

It depends on the purpose for which you intend to use it and your personal preferences. At the design stage, we always assist our customers in selecting the highest-quality combination of panels to meet their needs. With many years of experience and continuous training, we provide expert advice at affordable prices.

There are two main types of acoustic modules: one that dissipates sound (diffusers) and one that absorbs sound. In this case, you get two products in one. Spreader panels can contribute to improving the spatial sound of various sound materials and recordings.

Aftercare:

Since most of our homes were not designed by us, it is unlikely that the acoustics of the rooms were considered when designing spaces like our bedrooms, living rooms, or even basements. In the case of a hi-fi room or sound studio, for example, considerations regarding acoustics are addressed from the very beginning.

An important point to note is that an absorber or scatterer is always the best tool for achieving good sound in a room, whether it’s for professional or personal use.

  • Home theaters

  • Music rooms

  • Stereo rooms

  • Studios

  • Even rehearsal rooms set up in basements

All of these spaces require sound optimization to eliminate echoes and other unpleasant, disruptive sound effects.

Properties of Acoustic Diffusers

The choice of materials and design options is diverse. Products are often made of wood, various plastics, metals, or plexiglass. They are available in a variety of sizes, colors, and qualities, offering a range of price points.

Advantages of Our Unique Spreader Panel:

  1. We manufacture high-grade, solid, and highly efficient products.

  2. Thanks to the solid wall lamellas, bass attenuation is more effective than with broadband panels.

  3. In addition to sound absorption, our panels perfectly balance the diffusion and scattering of sound.

  4. Our scatterer panels are designed to minimize the reduction of high frequencies while absorbing deeper sounds more effectively than average panels.

  5. The deep sound passing through the hardwood front panel vibrates the slats, enhancing its effectiveness as a resonator for reducing bass.

  6. We continuously test and measure the reliability of our panels, which reduce unwanted sound waves from 40 Hz to 20,000 Hz.

This figure shows the sound absorption of a 104x64x11 cm spreader front panel absorber.

What Can an Acoustic Diffuser Panel Do in Practice?

First of all, what stands out are the tiny gaps on the front of the diffuser, through which sounds can move more freely. This allows the panel to not only reflect sound but also scatter it.

The property of the existing sound is improved as the reflections are divided into parts, which reach the ear at different times. The effect of incorrect control (phantom sound sources) caused by strong reflections is minimized. The positive effect on acoustics is based on changes in the timing, intensity, and direction of the sound.

Compared to Broadband Sound Absorbers, Our Spreader Acoustic Elements:

  • Absorb more deep sounds below 300 Hz but less in higher frequencies. These effects can be calculated and simulated using professional simulation programs—along with diffusion properties when combining different scatterer elements.

For good surround sound, strive for the lowest effective frequency possible.

Why Are Perfect Acoustic Diffuser Acoustic Elements Durable and Practical?

The function of the acoustic spreader is to distribute sound most efficiently. While the experience of sound is always subjective, all experts agree that, for example, the surround sound of music becomes much more vivid, natural, and yet softer. The sound field is optimally distributed, and its even distribution in the space eliminates the unpleasant sharpness that occurs in the higher frequency range.

Best Features Are Extremely Important to Us!

That’s why our products are filled with 90 kg/m³ acoustic cotton, which has extraordinary density and is built into a solid wooden frame for strong support, ensuring appropriate bass reduction. This requires a high-density fibrous absorbent material or membrane that can meet expectations perfectly. Materials like styrofoam sponge or acoustic foam should not be considered in such cases.

The cotton used by Perfect Acoustic not only provides maximum protection with the help of anti-dust acoustic silk but is also completely harmless to health. Each diffuser front is made of durable, high-grade compressed wood, individually designed by us.

General foam, with a density of 20-30 kg/m³, cannot absorb deep sounds effectively. In our range, we offer the extra high-density 80 kg/m³ Elitexa acoustic foam, which, due to its high density, can also absorb deep sounds.

Suspension of Acoustic Ceiling Panels – Acoustic Ceiling Tiles:

In case of lack of space, it is not a problem to secure the dispenser panels to the ceiling either.

Either by hanging a thin chain or by hanging on a braided wire.

We are also partners in the implementation of the design you have dreamed of in terms of the construction of our acoustic elements.

Perfect Acoustic quality!

We have already shipped to 27 European countries!

Robust, impeccable quality, and extremely efficient – the diffusion acoustic panels we offer to represent the optimal and reliable quality on the market at an affordable price. Our products are present wherever the need for surround sound, professional work, and audiophile listening arises. Hand-crafted acoustic elements always guarantee the efficient distribution of sound reflections in the room and contribute to better sound perception in the field of music and sound.

The acoustic elements with diffusers in all versions offer a pleasant and precise listening experience, providing a detailed and extensive surround effect. In addition, standing waves are significantly reduced, optimizing the room, and individual frequencies become more perceptible. This makes them perfect for studios, recording and control rooms, as well as cinema and hi-fi systems. Thanks to their exceptionally solid construction, the panels are robust and easy to attach to the wall or even the ceiling.

The estimated lead time is 2 weeks, but we will inform you of the expected completion date after you place your order.
Products can be manufactured with a tolerance of ±1 cm.
There may be color variations between two different orders, even if you ordered the same color.

When ordering a custom size, the front panel is not made to measure but is cut according to the pattern of the front panel.
