Our fabrics come in a standard width of 140 cm, but don’t worry if your door is wider; we can tailor the width by sewing multiple panels together as needed. The length, however, is up to you to measure, ensuring precision for the perfect drop. For an aesthetically pleasing and effective coverage, the ideal width of your curtain should be 2 to 2.5 times the width of your door. This recommendation comes from consistent customer feedback, though we welcome any custom size you prefer, ensuring your needs are met with flexibility.

  Each curtain is produced individually based on the customer’s order. For this reason, every curtain is considered a custom-made item, and we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or buy back the product.

• Material weight information
  The stated curtain weight refers to the running meter of the fabric.
  1 running meter equals 140 cm of fabric and weighs approximately 622 g.
  A weight variation of ±20–30% may occur due to the nature of the material.

• Sound absorption performance
  Acoustic curtains are capable of reducing sound levels by approximately 8–15 dB, but only when:

  • the curtain is installed without gaps, and

  • the room acoustics are suitable.

  Because performance depends on installation and room conditions, curtains cannot be returned due to acoustic performance concerns or complaints.

• Colour differences

  • Slight colour variations may occur between curtains and cushion covers ordered together.

  • Colour samples may differ slightly from the final ordered product.

  • A new order may not perfectly match the colour of a previous order.

• Order modification and cancellation
  Since curtains are custom-produced, once the order and payment are completed, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order, and the purchase cannot be refunded.

• Production tolerance
  Due to manufacturing processes, a size variation of ±1–2% may occur.
