Due to the dense, double-layered Ditto fabric, stable support and proper coverage are especially important. A well-chosen fixing solution helps the curtain hang evenly, follow the contours of the opening, and maintain its insulating properties over time.

Curtain fixing options tailored to your setup

This curtain can be customised with different mounting solutions, so it fits seamlessly into your existing rail or rod system. Choosing the right option helps ensure proper drape, long-term durability, and a neat overall appearance.

Eyelet (ring) option
A clean, contemporary finish where durable transparent eyelets are pressed into the top of the fabric.

• Rings positioned approx. 20 cm apart
• Slides directly onto curtain poles
• Can also be combined with hooks if required
• Quick to install and holds securely even with heavier fabric

Gathered tape option
A more classic solution, ideal for ceiling tracks or traditional curtain rails.

• Integrated tape allows adjustable gathering
• Designed for hook-based fixing
• Creates soft, uniform pleats across the curtain
• Available in 4.5 cm and 8.5 cm tape versions
• The 8.5 cm version can also be used on curtain poles

How to size your thermal insulation curtain correctly

To get the best performance from this curtain, accurate sizing is essential. The effectiveness of the insulation depends largely on how much fullness the fabric has.

• Recommended width: the curtain should be 2–2.5× wider than the window or opening
• Fabric base width: 140 cm per panel
• Wider sizes: multiple panels are carefully joined, with seams hidden in the folds
• Length: fully made to your custom specification

For larger openings, choosing a wider configuration improves both insulation and coverage. If you need extended width beyond standard joining, a Velcro connection option can be requested. This allows you to connect multiple sections easily and makes cleaning or handling more practical.

1. Each curtain is made to order, so every piece is unique and non-returnable.

2. The stated weight refers to one running meter of fabric. One running meter equals 140 cm and weighs 820 g. A weight deviation of ±5–15% may occur.

Minor color variations may occur between curtains, cushion covers, and samples. After order placement and payment, individual curtain orders cannot be modified or canceled, and refunds are not possible. Repeat orders may show slight color differences, and products may be manufactured with a ±1–2% size variation.

FAQ

Can I return the curtain if it does not fit?
No. Each curtain is made to individual order, therefore it is considered a custom product and cannot be returned or refunded.

Will the colour match exactly between orders?
Minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing process and fabric batches. This also applies to samples and accessories.

Does the curtain completely block light?
Not fully. Depending on configuration, it can reduce light by up to approx. 75%, but it is not a total blackout solution.

Is it suitable for dividing rooms?
Yes. When used as a partition, the same sizing principles apply to ensure proper coverage and performance.
