Size: 140cm is the width of the fabric, if you order wider than that we will sew it to the 140cm fabric.

The price includes the sewing of the curtain. Not only theatre curtains, but also stage curtains.

We specialize in crafting curtains up to 280 cm wide. For those seeking a grander scale, we offer a velcro solution to seamlessly join multiple panels. This addition not only facilitates a majestic display but simplifies cleaning.

Our theater drapes boast a luxurious double-layer construction, ensuring an unparalleled blackout experience for any performance space or scene-setting requirement.

The reverse side of each Pike curtain showcases a medium brown felt-like fabric, adding to the curtain’s opulent aesthetic. If you order the curtain in double thickness, both sides of the curtain will be in the colour of your choice.

• Width of the curtain: 140 cm allows for a dramatic backdrop or elegant theater drapes, ensuring your stage or auditorium is dressed to impress.
• Length: Tailor the length to suit the windows, doors, or partitions in your theater, creating the perfect scene or ambiance.
• Allow for 2-2 cm around the hem for a precise fit, ensuring the fabric presents perfectly, slightly shorter and narrower post-customization.
• Opt for “concealed” mounting with a 6 cm fold back, complete with a pre-made hole at the top of the curtains for easy installation. This method allows the cornice to be threaded through, eliminating the need for additional mounting efforts.
• The placement of the cornice relative to the window or door is crucial for optimal theater aesthetics and light control.
• For a lavish and full appearance, we recommend theater curtain panels to be twice or even two and a half times wider than the window or door width, enhancing both efficiency and aesthetic appeal in your theater setting.

Installation for stage curtain:

• Explore a variety of mounting options within our range. For theater curtains, we endorse the use of clamps, “hidden” supports, eyelets, or pleat hooks. With this approach, each theater curtain panel is fitted with eyelets at the top, offering a sleek and efficient hanging method.
• Please note, the eyelet and hook method incurs an additional fee.
• Moreover, consider the placement and quantity of curtain panels required. For smaller windows or when utilizing curtains to create theatrical partitions, the installation solutions may vary.

How To Calculate The Sizes Of Theater Curtains:

The base width of our theater curtains is 140cm. For those requiring a broader expanse, we can join sections seamlessly, with a 5 cm allowance for stitching. The length of your curtain should be determined by its intended location. Given the varying distances between the cornice and ceiling across different spaces, precise measurements are crucial to ensure your curtains fit perfectly. Neither too short nor too long, the ideal-sized curtain effectively blocks out light, enabling optimal darkness for theatrical ambiance.

An additional 6-8 cm of fabric is recommended for a “hidden” installation.

For both visual appeal and functional efficiency, curtains and blinds ought to be twice to two and a half times wider than the window.

Please measure and plan meticulously! Since our curtains are custom-made to each customer’s specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the drapes are crafted!

2. The weight of the curtains refers to the flow meter of the material: 1 flow meter is 140 cm and weighs 820 grams. (+/- 20-30% weight deviation possible!)

3. Acoustic curtains can only absorb 10-20 decibels of sound if they are placed completely without gaps or if the acoustics of the given room is adequate! Due to the resulting problems/complaints, we cannot take back the curtains!

There may be minimal colour variation between the curtains and cushion covers ordered.

In the case of an individual curtain order, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order after the order and payment, because we cannot refund the price!  SzG
