Size: The standard width of our fabric is 140cm. For orders exceeding this width, we seamlessly integrate additional fabric to the original 140cm piece, maintaining a cohesive look.

Some information about the fabric:

Each  curtain has a brown back. This type is our curtain with the most velvet effect. If you order the curtain in double thickness, both sides of the curtain will be in the colour of your choice.

Curtains Theater Sizes:

The standard width of our theater curtains is 140cm. For those requiring a wider option, we can accommodate by sewing pieces together, resulting in a seam every 140 cm. This ensures that even the grandest of stages can be adorned with our exquisite curtains.

The length of the curtains is fully customizable to suit your specific needs. It’s crucial to accurately measure the height from the cornice to ensure a perfect fit, whether you’re dressing a window, door, or using the curtains as a decorative backdrop.

For optimal visual and acoustic performance, traditional guidance suggests curtains should be at least twice the width of the window. However, for enhanced soundproofing in a theater setting, we recommend extending this to two and a half times the width.

Precision in planning and measuring cannot be overstressed! By doing so, you ensure the curtains will fulfill your vision to the fullest.

Please provide us directly with the desired dimensions of the curtain, rather than the measurements of the windows or doors.

Curtains Theater Mounting Options:

The Helio theater curtains can be elegantly displayed using a variety of methods, including tweezers, curtain heading tapes, or even rings/a grommet for those who prefer a more traditional or sophisticated appearance. It’s important to note that we apply an additional charge for the use of rings/grommets.

Given the substantial weight and density of our theater-grade fabrics, careful consideration should be given to the dimensions and location of your curtains. These factors are crucial for ensuring not only the visual impact but also the functional performance of the curtains in your theater space.

Tweezers represent the classic mounting technique, offering simplicity and ease by merely using nails to hang the fabric. This method ensures that our curtains provide both aesthetic appeal and effective sound insulation, making them a perfect fit for any theater environment.

These mustn’t be traditional materials! They are thick and much denser, therefore they have the best acoustic, thermal insulated, noise reducing, and soundproof properties. So, it is important to design and weigh where we want to place the drapes! Soundproof drapes are easy to install.

Stage Curtain Sizing and Design

The uniform width for our curtains theater is set at 140cm, allowing a small margin of around 2-2cm for hems to ensure a perfect fit. Should you desire a theater curtain wider than 140 cm, an additional 5 cm is added for every 140 cm to accommodate seams, ensuring a seamless display across the stage. Additionally, the “hide” of the curtain at the cornice will extend approximately 8-10 cm further, catering to various aesthetic and functional requirements. Before finalizing your order, it’s vital to consider all aspects meticulously. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a curtain has been crafted.

1. Each curtain is made based on an individual order, therefore each curtain is considered unique, and we cannot buy it back!

2. The weight of the curtains refers to the flow meter of the material: 1 flow meter is 140 cm and weighs 820 grams. (+/- 20-30% weight deviation possible!)

3. Acoustic curtains can only absorb 10-20 decibels of sound if they are placed completely without gaps or if the acoustics of the given room is adequate! Due to the resulting problems/complaints, we cannot take back the curtains!

In the case of an individual curtain order, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order after the order and payment, because we cannot refund the price!

There may be minimal colour variation between the curtains and cushion covers ordered.

The colour sample ordered may vary slightly from the colour ordered.
The colour of a new order may differ from the previous order.

Products can be produced with a +-1-2% variation.
